This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided and the process for requesting them.
Refund Eligibility
Full Refund (100%)
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- You cancel within 7 days of signing the service agreement and no work has commenced
- We are unable to provide the agreed-upon services due to circumstances beyond your control
- There has been a significant breach of our service agreement on our part
- You experience a major life event that prevents you from pursuing your educational goals (with documentation)
Partial Refund (50-75%)
You may be eligible for a partial refund if:
- You cancel after work has commenced but before 50% of the service timeline has elapsed
- You decide to change your educational goals significantly, making our current services irrelevant
- You relocate to a location where we cannot provide adequate support
No Refund
Refunds will not be provided if:
- More than 50% of the service timeline has elapsed
- Applications have been submitted to universities on your behalf
- You are dissatisfied with admission outcomes (as we cannot guarantee admissions)
- You fail to provide required information or documentation in a timely manner
- You violate the terms of our service agreement
Service-Specific Refund Terms
Comprehensive Consulting Packages
- Full refund available within 14 days if no personalized work has been delivered
- Partial refunds calculated based on services completed
- No refund after application submissions begin
Application Review Services
- Full refund if review is not completed within agreed timeframe
- No refund once detailed feedback has been provided
Test Preparation Services
- Refund available if you attend less than 25% of scheduled sessions
- Partial refund for unused sessions if cancelled with 48 hours notice
Visa Assistance Services
- Partial refund if visa application is not submitted due to our error
- No refund for visa rejections (as approval is not guaranteed)

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to discuss your concerns with our team. We may be able to offer alternative solutions such as:
- Service modifications to better meet your needs
- Timeline adjustments
- Assignment to a different consultant
- Service credit for future use
- Partial service completion with adjusted pricing
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by our senior management team. This review will be conducted within 10 business days of your request.
For unresolved disputes, we encourage mediation through a mutually agreed-upon third party before pursuing legal action.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Existing service agreements will be governed by the refund policy in effect at the time of signing.
